Biography

Stefan Bardega is a marketing leader specialising in performance, AI-driven discovery, and building high-impact digital growth systems for global brands.

He is currently Global Head of Performance Marketing at IDX, where he leads global strategy across search, paid media, CRM, analytics, and emerging AI-driven discovery platforms.

Before joining IDX, he served as President of EMEA at iProspect, one of the world's largest performance marketing agencies. During his tenure, iProspect operated across 30 offices, more than 30 markets, with around 2,000 staff and €250m in annual revenue across Europe.

He is also Co-Founder of Traktion, a marketing technology platform built to connect organisations with specialist marketing expertise. The platform grew to a network of more than 3,000 freelance marketers and worked with companies including Google, Asda, Monzo, and Crowdcube. Traktion exited to a private equity-backed group in 2023.

Earlier in his career, Stefan was Global Chief Digital Officer at Zenith (Publicis Groupe), where he helped scale the agency's global digital capabilities across programmatic media, search, social, and analytics.

Across his career Stefan has worked on global brands including Microsoft, Apple, Volkswagen, Coca-Cola, Vodafone, Rolls-Royce, and Diageo.
